Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive/Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)/Paralegal to join our busy Property team.
The successful candidate will work directly in our Property team, where they will act for individuals instructing the firm on a variety of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will be both proactive and approachable, able to manage their own case load, whilst integrating fully into our friendly Property team.

You will be expected to advise clients in the following areas or depending on experience, assist with advising clients in the following areas:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release
- Lease extensions, shared ownership, and tenancy agreements
- Liaising with estate agents, brokers and clients to ensure seamless transactions
- Providing tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, families and investors
Other aspects of the role include:
- Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions
- Training and development of junior colleagues
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience of the above matters
- Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files independently
- Excellent technical skills and innovative approach to their application
- Client management experience
- Efficient file management skills
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Commercial awareness and excellent financial management

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34k – £46k plus bonus
