Private Client Lawyer Wanted
Are you a compassionate and capable Private Client lawyer looking for your next rewarding role? Earl & Crocker Solicitors are looking for the right person to join our Private Client team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, working directly with clients by writing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You’ll enjoy meaningful client relationships, support from a friendly team, and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters
- Advising and drafting Wills and LPAs
- Meeting clients in-office, at home, and occasionally across our three locations
- Delivering high levels of personal, tailored service with empathy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience writing Wills and LPAs
- Confidence to run your own caseload independently
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and client care skills — especially with elderly and vulnerable clients
- A friendly, approachable personality with initiative and a strong team ethic
