What you will do:

• Work closely with experienced lawyers on a wide range of files
• Manage new client enquiries, open files, and support the progression of client matters
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and communications appropriate to your level of experience
• Liaise with clients, experts, courts, specialist professionals

 

Experience and qualifications you need:

• A minimum of three A levels (or level 3 equivalent) or previous legal support or paralegal experience within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
• Proficiency in using technology to support efficient working practices

Current opportunities include:

Personal Disputes (Penzance)

Helping clients to resolve disputes and limit the damage they cause so that they can move forward. This role may be particularly attractive to a college leaver offering early career development with Partner level mentoring and supervision.

 

Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence (Falmouth)

Helping clients to secure the justice and compensation which they deserve in order to rebuild their lives.  This role offers exposure to complex claimant work and the opportunity to work alongside specialist lawyers. Particularly suitable for those with high levels of emotional intelligence. Locations other than Falmouth can be considered.

Hours
