We are looking for associates/senior associates for our commercial property, and also corporate/commercial department to join us with good career progression available.

 

The role is a full time or part time employed  position, and the candidate will, ideally, need to be based in Cornwall,  although candidates based elsewhere but within commutable distance, may be considered. We operate a flexible working environment in-keeping with our original set up / culture which is a consultancy-based model.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to run a full caseload both autonomously flexibly, and from the head office in Truro. In addition, they will be expected to develop further work of the department with support from the managing partner, and build up to managing the existing team, over time.

In addition to the above employed positions, we welcome applications from lawyers interested in a consultancy role across all disciplines.

Candidates can be located anywhere in the UK as our consultancy model allows for total flexibility in terms of where and when our people work. To this end we have serviced offices in London and access to such elsewhere in the country. We work on a fee share basis, where the consultant can earn up to 70% of the fees received and also offer a referral scheme whereby a consultant can earn commission simply by introducing a client to another member of the team.
