Earl & Crocker Solicitors are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-respected, award-winning firm with a strong reputation for providing exceptional client service across Cornwall.
Working independently while being supported by a close-knit team, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold property transactions, re-mortgages, and equity release funding.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a variety of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release transactions
- Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across our offices when required
What We’re Looking For And Essential Experience
- Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
