Location: Bodmin, Cornwall
About us –
We are a well-established firm that has been practising for over 100 years. We have offices based in three locations in North Cornwall; Bodmin, Wadebridge and Camelford.
As well as residential and commercial conveyancing, we deal with many other areas of law including Wills, Estates, Disputes, Divorce and Debt advice.
We are seeking an experienced commercial property conveyancer who can manage and run their own caseload and support other members of the team as appropriate.
Requirements –
- Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer;
- Experience of handling a full range of conveyancing transactions including, but not limited to:
- Commercial sales and purchases;
- Landlord and tenant;
- Residential sales and purchases;
- Transfer of Equity;
- Overage matters.
- Good communication skills;
- Proactive approach to tasks.
Duties are to include –
- Deal with a full caseload of predominantly commercial based property transactions, from taking instructions through to post-completion;
- As appropriate, to provide cover for other members of the conveyancing team when they are on annual leave/away from the office;
Additional Details –
- Salary to be negotiated, based upon experience.
- The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5.00pm.
- This is a full time, permanent role, subject to a probationary period of 3 months being passed successfully;
- The position is based in our office in Bodmin;

- Holiday allowance of 21 days per annum, plus bank holidays and time off over the Christmas period which is not deductible from this allowance.
